Allergic Asthma:\u00a0<\/strong>Xolair (omalizumab) is indicated for adults and children (6 years of age and above) with moderate to severe persistent allergic asthma whose symptoms are inadequately controlled with inhaled corticosteroids (ICS).
\nXolair has been shown to decrease the incidence of asthma exacerbations in these patients. Safety and efficacy have not been established in other allergic conditions.
\nNasal Polyps:<\/strong>\u00a0Xolair (omalizumab) is indicated for adults (18 years of age and above) for the treatment of nasal polyps with inadequate response to intranasal corticosteroids.
\nChronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU):\u00a0<\/strong>Xolair (omalizumab) is indicated for adults and adolescents (12 years of age and above) with chronic spontaneous urticaria refractory to standard of care.<\/div>\n
